PROCESS

  1. Grind/shot blast concrete, HEPA vacs attached to all equipment to eliminate airborne dust particles  
  2. Fill cracks in concrete for seamless floor
  3. Install liquid vapor barrier for moisture mitigation
  4. Install colored epoxy primer coat
  5. Install design coat, 100% solid epoxy with metallic pigments
  6. Apply high solid, long lasting Urethane Sealer.

A durable chemical resistant flooring, adjustable levels of texture. Installed with either 100% solid epoxy system or a polyaspartic system

A highly durable, double broadcasted, 100% solid epoxy system

  2. Fill cracks in concrete for seamless floor
  3. Install primer coat and full broadcast quartz into
  4. Vac up excess quartz, install 100% solid epoxy and broadcast quartz again
  5. Vac up excess quartz, top coat with either a 100% solid epoxy system or an UV stable polyaspartic system
